Saskia Hildebrandt joined the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins as an associate attorney in February 2016. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law as well as employee data protection.
Saskia Hildebrandt’s range of services includes the drafting of individual and collective agreements (employment agreements, management service agreements, management board contracts and works agreements), day-to-day employment law advice, international employment law and data protection law. She represents and advises clients before all German labor courts.
Furthermore, Saskia Hildebrandt advises on all questions of residence and work permit law as well as on citizenship law and accompanies the corresponding application procedures before the German authorities.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Saskia Hildebrandt worked as an attorney for KPMG Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft in Berlin in the areas of international employment law and immigration.
