Emily Hannemann has been working as an attorney at Ogletree Deakins’ Munich office since October 2026. She advises German and international companies on all matters related to individual and collective labor law.
Emily studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, specializing in labor and social security law, and at the University of Bordeaux in France. Throughout her studies, she worked for several years as a student assistant at the Center for Labor Relations and Labor Law in Munich. She completed her legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court, with placements at a Munich litigation law firm and a leading law firm in Sydney, Australia.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, she worked as an attorney in the commercial practice group at a leading German corporate law firm.
