Podcast: New rules for employment contracts

In this podcast, Jacqueline Piran and Andre Appel from the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins present important new labor law regulations that will take effect on August 1, 2022. Among other things, the law of evidence has been significantly tightened and the catalog of working conditions to be documented by the employer has been significantly expanded. All information must be provided to employees in writing; digital employment contracts alone will not suffice. The podcast also discusses how employers can put the new requirements into practice.
