Since January 1st, 2024, lawyer and employment law specialist Andre Appel has become a partner at Ogletree Deakins’ Berlin office. He had already been working there as Counsel since 2020 and since then has been advising private and public employers on all matters of individual and collective employment law as well as collective bargaining and civil service law. His expertise in employee data protection is of particular importance to the firm due to many global mandates. Andre Appel has been working as a lawyer since 2009 and has held the title of employment law specialist since 2017. Before joining Ogletree Deakins, he worked for a medium-sized German full-service law firm for several years.
