Dr. Martin Greßlin is a certified employment law specialist. He has been a partner in the Munich office of Ogletree Deakins since July 2024.

Martin Greßlin advises and represents employers in all matters of employment and labor law, including service contract law and company pension law. He advises on employment law from the establishment and structuring to the termination of employment and service relationships as well as labor law on all issues relating to the involvement of works councils and trade unions. One focus of his work is advising on reorganizations and mass redundancies, outsourcings, corporate transactions as well as advising on labor law issues in day-to-day and project business. He acts extensively before labor courts.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Martin worked for SKW Schwarz and CMS Hasche Sigle.
