Dr. Martin Römermann has been a partner in the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins since 2023. He is a certified employment law specialist.
Dr. Martin Römermann is experienced in all areas of employment law and related corporate law issues and is an experienced negotiator both in and out of court. As a certified employment law specialist, he primarily advises and represents medium-sized and large IT and tech companies as well as non-profit organizations in all employment and labor law matters, in matters of restructuring and reorganization as well as in collective bargaining and works constitution law.
Most recently, he worked in the Berlin office of SKW Schwarz for 14 years, even serving as managing partner and head of the employment law practice group for some time. Dr. Römermann regularly conducts workshops and seminars for commercial providers and clients on various employment law topics.
