Stephan Makowka has been a lawyer in the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins since December 2023.
Stephan Makowka advises on all matters of individual and collective employment law. This includes employment contracts, dismissals, works constitution and social security law as well as employment social security law and issues relating to employment data protection and company pension law. He also represents clients in labor court proceedings.
Previously, he was an employment law attorney at SKW Schwarz in Berlin.
