As before, JUVE highlights Dr. Martin Greßlin (client: “competent and direct; extremely well-educated professionally, and he knows what clients want”; competitor: “experienced and competent”), Dr. Martin Landauer, and Dr. Martin Römermann.

The recognition is a positive reflection of Ogletree’s advice and counsel, which are both legally sound and pragmatically aligned with our clients’ needs.

Looking back over the past months, JUVE highlights where clients seek our support: restructurings and reorganizations again defined our work in both offices. Given the economic climate many clients face, the number of disputes has also risen recently. We are also frequently called on for compliance matters, employee data privacy, and company pension issues, as well as for court representation.

Many of these matters have an international dimension, and we work closely with our global Ogletree team. Through our close ties to the firm’s U.S. offices, our Munich office has recently won several U.S. companies as ongoing clients, and in Berlin, new counsel Tatjana Serbina is bringing her international experience to numerous matters. Companies in the IT and technology sector, a core focus of our practice, benefit in particular.

A big thank-you to our clients and market partners for their trust. Congratulations to Martin Greßlin, Martin Landauer, and Martin Römermann on this renewed recognition.
