This is the firm’s 57th office internationally and third new office this summer, following openings in Fresno, California, and Buffalo, New York, in June. The Munich office is led by Dr. Ulrike Conradi, who is also the office managing partner in Berlin. The other founding partners are Dr. Martin Greßlin, who joined Ogletree Deakins in July, and Dr. Martin Landauer, who joins the firm today.

Dr. Landauer advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective labor and employment law. With 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer, he is a renowned litigation expert and has extensive experience in global reorganizations and post-merger integrations. He also frequently supports companies in co-determination procedures, restructurings, business transfers, and headcount reductions. His practice covers a wide range of industries, with a focus on tech and IT companies and the services sector.

“I am excited to continue my long-standing collaboration with Martin Greßlin in the international setup of Ogletree Deakins, known for its affinity for tech and AI-based solutions. I look forward to contributing to the expansion of the firm’s client base in Europe,” said Dr. Landauer, who has previously worked with Dr. Greßlin.
